Hello everyone. 

I guess time is running out on my last summer vacation.  I'm really bummed about that but I'm still managing to have a great time. 

I played golf with my dad this morning and it was a match that coulda been on Sportscenter.  Of course not under the amazing shots section but under the historic meltdowns section.  Alright first you need a bit of background info. 

I've been playing golf with my dad since I was a teenager and we both suck pretty bad but it's a fun thing to do and you get to relax and talk about life.  I've never beat my dad out of all the games we've ever played.  The last time we played, we tied.    So anyway,  I was playing pretty well.  In fact I was on course to play the best nine holes I've ever played in my life.  We reached the final hole and I was ahead by three whole shots.  The best chance I've ever had at beating him.  So I hit the ball way off to the side and he hits it on the green.  I'm not worried because he has a super long putt and all I have to do is hit a decent chipshot and get somewhere close to the green.  Well instead of anything decent I of course hit it straight into the sand and proceed to waste two more shots before I hit it in.  Of course dad hits a par and we tie again for the second time in a week.    What a bust. 

Anyway here's some pics of China and a scavenger hunt I just went on.  Also a couple from when I visited Jon a couple weeks ago.

I have had one of the greatest summers of my life this year.  The mixture of family getogethers and solo adventures couldn't have been much better. 

China was the adventure of a lifetime and everything all worked out great.  The only problem now is that I have to get back to normal life where I'm not a foot taller than everybody and people don't give up their seat on the bus for the cool American dude.   Normal life where I can't eat at a nice restaurant for 4 bucks and not tip because it's rude to leave the waitress any extra money.  Normal life where I can't buy a bottled water and an ice cream bar for 30 cents and eat them while I watch my very own copy of the Godfather which I bought for 1 dollar.

China banned Xanga.  Isnt that a tragedy?

I want to make it clear that the only reason I still have a xanga is because of my BFF's constant encouragement. haha

I also want to make it clear that it is her 23rd birthday today.  That means that she is as old as me.  Nice

There is a lot of stuff that has happened since I last posted, but I cant really remember what all that stuff was. 

One of the main things is that my main music source is gone for good.  Ruckus is permanently shut down.  I really need advice on where to download some free music. 

I have my big trial tomorrow.  I will be pleading my case before a fake jury of disinterested undergrad students.  Oh goody!

Spring is almost here and I can feel it getting warmer by the day.  I think spring would be the perfect season if school wasn't involved.

It's freezing.  I want Laveen weather back. 

I'm back to school and the semester is not looking good.  I think I'm in for an extremely dry and tasteless learning experience.  Kinda like rice cakes.  

I'm looking for new crockpot recipes and healthy foods to spice up my food selection at home.  If you got any suggestions let me know.

Christmas break was a wonderful relaxing vacation which came to an abrupt end when I found out that I had 100 pages of reading for the first day of trial ad. 

I think I probably have the best family in the world and I'm glad that I'm not involved with a dysfunctional family situation which probably a majority of people in America are involved in. 

Why is the Supreme Court so full of itself.

I apologize again for my long absence and hope my excuse of law school finals is good enough for everyone.

I love this time of year even though I hate cold weather.  I only get one more year of Christmas break.  Thats really sad.   I better make the most of these things while they last. 

I left Fayetteville yesterday and I stayed in Little Rock with Jeff last night.  I'm going to Texarkana tonight to visit my Aunt, Uncle and Grandma.  It'll be good to see them since I didn't get to over Thanksgiving. 

I'm currently in the midst of a project of going through all the pictures on my computer and deciding which ones are the best.   Maybe you'll be lucky enough to see some of those on here eventually.  Maybe I'll just go ahead and put some on here.
